Earthquake

I got a message from a friend today who is in Puerto Rico. There was a 5.8 earthquake today that hit there. I'm not really sure how this works but when God told me the mountains of Puerto Rico were going to shake, this is not what I had in mind! Please pray for all of those effected by this. There doesn't seem to be any physical damage but she said it was really scary. I'm sure there is some emotional damage with these. I've never experienced one myself but I can only imagine.

In time of crisis who do we turn to? Who do we give our fear to? Do we hold onto our fear, or do we give it to Jesus? I've found out that if I hold onto my fear, I am always afraid. But, when I decided to give my fear to Jesus, fear seemed to just vanish! I can't really explain it other than, well, Jesus! 

What are you afraid of? Is a God calling you to do something that is causing fear? Fear is only a lie satan tries to use to stop us from doing what we have been made to do. Don't let fear get the best of you. Let Jesus overtake you and you WILL be fearless!
